Meet our Miracles!

The nurses let us grab a few pictures yesterday and we are so excited to show you our miracle babies! They are teeny tiny- weighing in yesterday at 510 grams (Reilly) and 720 grams (Chase). They're also the most precious thing we've ever seen.

Here is Reilly, waving Hello! She is always stretched out, dancing and moving around. This shot was taken as Dad was changing her diaper.

Here he is! The first temperature check and diaper change without a nurse!

Here is our little man. This was his first time laying on his tummy. The nurse left his bum open and placed the diaper underneath so we got a few good bum shots. He was mooning the whole unit yesterday, putting on quite an adoreable show!

  2. What an incredible blog you have. I will check it every day. On behalf of Benjie and myself, we wish you strength today to cope with your loss and we wish you much happiness and joy with your beautiful new family. You two are quite exceptional and I am so impressed with you both. As I live in Toronto (and volunteered as an infant care worker in the Intensive Care Unit at Sick Kids' Hospital), please let me know if you ever need someone to come and relieve you at the hospital or just take some shifts for you. I would be only too pleased to help. I know how important it is to have someone there if you ever can't be. Again, we wish for you only the best life has to offer from here on. Enjoy your most precious family. You both deserve a lifetime of joy. Thinking of your angel Shea...may she rest in peace.

  3. Life is very interesting. In the end, some of your greatest pains become your greatest strengths. I'm looking forward to seeing more adorable pictures of your precious babies.

  4. Siobhan & Adam,
We don't know each other that well, but when my children have such strong feelings for others, I know they have to be wonderful people. I admire your strength, faith and hope and you've probably heard this prayer before that my mother gave me long ago and has seen our family through many trials and tribulations---"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." Thoughts and prayers from Jan Caravaggio and family.
